Just did my first master Kush this year and it turned out very well. You could smell it 100 yards away while drying and made some beautiful shatter from her. I only did the one and 3 White widow but will definitely do more master Kush next year. The yeild was fantastic 17 ozs.
I suffer major depressive disorder dut to a debilitating disability I have of RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy aka cronic regional pain syndrome). The pain is from over active or misfired nerve pain receptors causing excruciating debilitating pain. Couldn’t continue my opioids prescriptions as I was unable to function. Thus comes in master Kush. So much better at controlling my pain then any synthetic pain pill. It is a life saver and I absolutely love it. It’s do easy to grow from seed to harvest, which I grow outdoors. Love my girls. I don’t get a super high but that’s ok because it does wonders for my nerve and muscle pains.
Keith, you should really be asking these Q’s in the forum. We are set up to guide you there. We are not set up to do Q and A for an entire grow. Outdoors in that heat would require a rustic frame that is approx. 8′ high which would allow you to drape “shade cloth” over the top cutting the direct heat by 15-20f Good Luck See you in the forum 🙂
Rena, Joinour forum. In the meantime., you could most likely squeeze a grow into that time frame outdoors. Perhaps if you start next year indfoors around April, you can move them outside and grow some huge plants using the Summer and available time in the fall. 🙂
I’m growing master kush right now,
My Question is ?will this strain do well in the 100 degree heat come july August? It was recommended by the team. Just scared that i will waste another year ! Having done everything u guys have recommended to combat the heat!
My 1st master kush plant and I’m very interested in any hints of good growing. Our really hot part lasts from end of May till mid Sept I’m wondering if I should grow inside.
Last year I grew two master kush plants outside in the UK. Started them in June and by the end of September had about 25 oz. Kept them in the greenhouse and brought them out during the hot sunny days. They were fed on Phostrogen. A very nice smoke indeed!
Hi Robert and crew,
I have purchased master kush seeds to grow in Bakersfield cailkfornia.
my only concern is will this strain handle the 100 heat in aug to september? will be planting in 30 gallon pots with coco, super soil, other things to prepare the soil, last year i grew Buuba Kush from ILGM it grew well but it did not come out tasty or have that high dolor smell, proberly operatorer error. Please any advice will be greatly Thankful
K.P. I suggest you go here to learn what you need to know. ilgmforum.com where we have many helpful members and expert staff will to share knowledge and help you through a successful grow.
Outdoors in 100f heat; I would put up some posts and hang 50% shade cloth to take off some of the heat stress. Also; In flower, you should only be watering using super soil. No further nutrients are really needed unless you want to boost potassium in week 5-7 of flower. Join the forum. We can answer all your questions and guide you through a grow or 2. Try to help you get some good smelling nugs. 🙂
what’s the best ph for this plant , been running 6.5
Grew 5 outdoors, OMG huge plants with massive weight. Super stoked on total yield. At least 4LBS of beautiful bud.
I am currently growing 4 beautiful Master plants, 5 weeks in from seed, and they are growing like crazy, I have them in a 3×3 tent, the aroma from these is strong but enjoyable,. Its my first grow and so far going awesome, very stocky plant for sure not very tall maybe 8″ right now. But very full of nodes.
We just grew 3 “beautiful” Master Kush plants and harvested them 3 weeks ago. The buds look outstanding! Smell is very sweet and citrus like. We smoked our first BUDS last night and “OH MY”! killer buzz. Not bad for our first attempt at the Master!
