Origins
Super Skunk is considered one of the classic marijuana strains. Its predecessor, Skunk, came up in the 1980s and was crowned the winner on the first Cannabis Cup. The Super Skunk offspring came up around 1990 by combining Skunk and more Afghani genes and has been an Amsterdam coffee shop staple ever since!

I put a 6 month old plant outside in northern VT. It’s grown 13 feet tall. 8 built a cold tent over it and introduced it to my 1000 water for 14 hours a day. Buds really needed up but still not done

I had my first session with my homegrown super skunk last night And I can tell you The body effects are highly intoxicating. There was some decent mental stimulation at first, but its mainly a body stone. Great for pain and relaxation but this is not a strain for cleaning your house lol. Gave some to an experienced friend and he got blasted too.

Well I have had hell the whole time trying to grow this strain outdoors in ms pm has been a prob from the start I have tried keeping them thinned as to get air flow through them but it is not good
hey man no worries.started with five 4 super skunk and 1 afghan.afghan got bud rot harvested early. 2 super skunk got it just a lil.cut it off them and there doing great!i used a product called rot stop. it gives them calcium that is lost. a great and cheap product.super skunk is a tough strain no worries hang in there..
Ordered 5 seeds planted one as an experiment and 7 days in and she’s looking good I’m only using a 125w cfl with a wing reflector. All in all I’d say that it was worth it!

I have been growing for about a year and half. I’m in my seventh grow.I have only used ILGM. Seeds ordered have never taking more then 12 days to recieve. Also, and I believe most importantly, all germination problems were promptly replaced, no questions asked and with courtesy. I grow in a 4×4 space with limited head room. I have 2 air cooled 1000 watt lamps. Because of growing conditions I always employ SOG method. In my last six grows my lowest harvest was 22oz. (White Widow) with my highest being 33 oz. (Gold Leaf). Presently harvesting Crystal Fem which looks to be a record breaker, incredible plant! I started this project because I have a Neurological condition with Epilepsy. Weed has been a Godsend for me. Super Skunk grown under 400 or more LED’s make for a fast turn around on these beauti’s. For my PTSD, Anxieies and more this strain has been my choice over pain pills of which yes my body has had many injuries too, and I don’t see the same commitment for relief from those on pills that do so many bad things to me and millions. Thank-You Mr. Robert! Life is so much kinder, beautiful and more. This gave me a chance to make so many other good choices that I could not have otherwise made with being on all the meds I used to be on and could be on. Our State will go recreational I assume in 2018 but Cannabis will always be a medical wonder for me and surely so many others like it has for thousands of years in some places of God’s great planet.
I grew this indoors this strain this spring. GREAT buzz. Doesn’t take much (one or two draws off the vaporizer) and I’m good to go – full of energy, happy, productive. Very easy strain to grow but if you’re going to take clones make sure you do it BEFORE you start flowering her out. She begins flowering so quickly (I saw pistils within 48 hours of flipping the lights) that you don’t have much time before it’s too late.
I’m a first time grower and I will tell you…Robert and ILGM are the real deal. Got me seeds fast (ten fem super skunk) and I germinated three to start. ALL of them cracked over night with strong healthy tails! The girls are growing like crazy and I am amazed. I will be back for more beans in the future. Thanks again to Robert and crew!

I have just one SUPER SKUNK growing outdoors. It is a clone that I cut myself. This is the first time I have grown SS outside, as I usually grow indoors. The difference between indoor and outdoor is, shall we say, HUMONGOUS! My indoor SS plants averaged about 40-50 inches in height and 3-4 ounces of beautiful tasty buds in 7 gallon pots of organic soil. This outdoor clone, from same exact seed(MOTHER), stands an easy 70 inches in height and Is loaded with the stickiest, hairiest, stinkiest buds you could imagine. It is a CHRISTMAS TREE and in less than a week it will be Christmas Day! I think 18 ounces would be a safe estimate. I may never run up the power bill again! I almost forgot to mention this. I have always been a firm believer in providing my plants with a healthy organic growing medium and usually add nothing when plants are growing. This plant is in the ground beside my home growing in almost nothing when it comes to GOOD soil. I told my girlfriend that I was experimenting with a couple plants and letting them fly, pretty much on their own. Both the SUPER SKUNK and an old CENTRAL MAINE strain we’ll call ROSCOE blew my mind outside with literally no help. ROSCOE is a monster and growing in the same stuff. Only Mainers can grow the ROSCOE, but do not hesitate to grab yourself some SUPER SKUNK seeds. I used to think it was good. Now I think it is INCREDIBLE.
