I just harvested my first grow of Northern lights. One toke on a pinch hitter let me know It was the right strain for me. I had eight plants and only harvested 9.37 ounces, total. Obviously, I’m very disappointed in my growing skills. So, I need to do some fine tuning. Also, I’m having a trouble time germinating the seeds. I’ve lost more then 70%. they just won’t come up! I’ve got a lot of learning in regard to growing, but I love the strain!`

So far it’s a Hardy plant.very easy to grow as long as you follow standard growing procedures. I have hit it with an echo of 2.4 in weeks 6 and zero nute burn.
I have grown Northern lights on my first grow. they got to approximately 30 inches and budded quite well. Although the buds were airy (due to lighting inadequacies ) the effects were phenomenal. I might add they taste was a little weird due to my lack of flushing properly. I have to admit for my first grow overall potency is top notch. Thank you ILGM, Happy customer here.
It is a truly amazing strain healthy vigorous strong plant loaded with resin tricomes heavy I mean heavy buds always have to tie mine normally 6 to 8 zips a plant
Have two northern light plant growing now as my first grow and am going on week 4 of flowering. Very easy plant to grow and looking beautiful. Growing in a 24 X 24 X 60 grow tent with a 300W LED light. Using Fox Farm trio and the grow has been very low maintenance. Looks like I will have a ton of buds to harvest soon! Second crop in the seedling stage and should be ready for the larger grow tent and flowering stage when the northern lights are harvested.
I grew ILGMs northern lights auto, and it is still some of the best cannabis I have come across. I have a state medical card and I would have to say Robert’s Northerm Lights is up there with the best. Easy to grow and great smelling.
