This is not to say that it does not perform well indoors. In fact, a controllable environment offers a chance at quick adjustments to deciding factors like temperature, lighting, and humidity. Switching to a high-intensity light source of at least 600 watts will greatly improve bud production. Meanwhile, installing a proficient ventilation system will reduce moisture in the air as well as improve light circulation.

Advanced growing techniques will bring out its full potential. It keeps the plant short by encouraging lateral growth, weaving the branches into a net situated above the canopy. Although it performs best in a dry and sunny climate, Thai Girl can still perform well in the balmy weather of the northern hemisphere. Maturing from the second to the fourth week of October, earlier than most Sativa strains, it yields at least 16 ounces of buds per plant.
